STEP 1. First you have to download the Windows version of CLI Tool from the link given below:

STEP 2. Now you have to extract the compressed CLI Tool package and place it on your desktop.

STEP 3. Now you have to connect your iPhone 4S or iPad 2 to the computer.

STEP 4. Click on “Start”, then click on “Run” on your Windows.

STEP 6. A command prompt will be opened on your PC as shown in the picture posted below:

STEP 7. Now you have to navigate to the location of the extracted CLI Tool package. As we have placed the extracted CLI Tool folder on desktop, so we are using the following command:

cd Desktop/cinject_0.4.3

STEP 8. Now you have to type the following command in the command prompt and press the enter button:

cinject -i payloads/jailbreak.mobileconfig

STEP 9. Now you will see an install profile window on your iOS device. Tap on “Install” button then tap on “Next” button and then tap on “Done” button.

STEP 10. Type the following command in the command prompt and press the enter button:

cinject -j payloads

STEP 11. Now you have to enter the following command and press the enter button:

cinject -w

STEP 12. Tap on “Settings” icon on the homescreen of your iOS device.

STEP 13. Tap on “General” and then tap on “Network”.

STEP 14. Now you have to tap on VPN and turned it ON.

STEP 15. You will see “A configuration error occurred” message on your iOS device. Ignore this message and tap on “OK” button. Now your iOS device will be restarted.

STEP 16. Now you can see a Cydia icon on the homescreen of your iPhone 4S or iPad 2.
